Hi,
Just tell me your Rubyforge username and I'll give you commit rights.
If Alexandria is useful to you and you want to extend its
functionality, that's great. As you can see from the mailing list,
though, it's a very sleepy project. The ambitious refactoring plans
won't happen for a long time if ever, and if/when they do, your code
wouldn't be affected.
One thing that would be cool is if you thought about how the code
you'd be adding could be made into a Rspec test, to be run with the
`rake spec` task installed in the Rakefile in svn (requires the spec
gem). Probably you can't because, uhh, nothing else is being tested
ATM, but that will be the real future of Alexandria if it has one,
test-driven development.
I'm tristil in IRC if you have any questions.
