[Alexandria-list] 0.6.3 release?

I guess it's a good idea. However, the translators need some time as
well. 
If you want to do a quick release to get the Ubuntu packaging for Hardy
sorted out we could do the translations later, because the translation
freeze is April 10 IIRC.
