Camping.method_missing useful ?

I never use it, I think it is harmful to debugging, but hey, if we  
wanted a simple obvious framework, we wouldn't use camping to begin  
with. This is a fun hack, and once you're used to it's effect on error  
messages, everything is a-ok. :)

I vote to keep it!
