applications and services as part of a growing Rails practice. Some of
the things we are looking for:

*	Familiarity with Agile methods including Pair Programming,
Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration
*	Experience with Rails deployment and Mongrel clustering
*	Additional Preferred Expertise: Apache, C#, Java, Subversion,
other Web Development
