[Chirb] Drop-In Office Space

I'm probably dreaming for thinking I can find what I'm looking for,
but I thought I'd see if anyone here has any ideas.

I'm managing a small Rails development team here in Chicago.  We're
mostly on the north side in Rogers Park/Andersonville/Evanston.  We
all work from home and communicate by IRC, email and phone.  But
sometimes we want to get together and brainstorm, use a whiteboard, or
shoot the breeze.  We currently meet at Metropolis Coffee on Granville
due to it's good coffee and free wifi.  But the lack of whiteboards is
a problem, not to mention the uneven availability of power outlets and
tables.

Has anyone ever heard of office space one can rent on a regular basis
on the north side?  Regus offers such a thing in the Loop, but that's
not very convenient for us, and I'm not sure we really need all the
services they offer.  I'd be looking for something like two days a
week for three hours each day, access to large whiteboards and wifi.

Am I nuts to believe something like this exists outside the Loop?
