You might be able to set something up with the Chicago Coworking

Their space is in Ravenswood (right off of Montrose Brown I think.)
They've sometimes got desk space, and have a conference room which
people sign up for time slots on.  It was being managed by Jeff Park
(jeffpark at gmail.com) last time I was there.  He's a nice guy and open
