[Chirb] Meeting Proposal

+1 How the application was built
+1 how it was then made to scale (it used to be a self-contained executable)
+1 Merb
+1 Watir
+2 Subverting the IT department of a Fortune 500  (is +2 allowed?)

Sounds like it could be several presentations.  Anyone else with
Merb/Watir/Scaling experience who wants to add another talk and flesh things
out into several Chirb meetings?
