also interested, depending on date and time

in '06, had worked through tutorials and AWDwR, presented a quick demo  
at my System i user group, read much of Pickaxe, then got sidetracked  
by work, life, etc.

lately have been reading "The Rails Way" and picking things back up  
after hiatus stretched too long

attended group in elmhurst (close to home) for the first time last  
weekend

looking to automate sites am currently investing too much time in  
keeping up to date manually

(had been pointed to Nrupal and Joomla in PHP, and...)

got pointed towards the Radiant CMS, currently working on learning  
enough about it to tell whether it's a worthy Rails base for my  
requirements, believe it may be

looking forward to attending Chirb as well, glad to be getting back to  
actively learning and implementing
