We used Sinatra for a very small production project about a year ago
(where we're strangling legacy Perl with little Ruby apps).  Sinatra
solves different problems than Rails does, and so it's an important
tool to have in the toolkit.  I highly recommend taking a look.  It's
ridiculously simple.
