Being a member is about $250 a year (for individuals/small companies), and then you have to rent the conference rooms. The rates are at: http://www.chicagotechnexus.com/Pricing I don't know how this compares, but I thought it looked OK. Message-ID: <780EEC3BEBF47B40805A5822D59BA67594E9D782@winxbeus15.exchange.xchg> I was recently told the merger between Chirb and ChicagoRuby is now official. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend the Monday meeting. Can someone tell me what the merger entails? I received a message from Raymond Hightower, organizer of ChicagoRuby, asking to put some notice on chirb.org. Looking at the announcement, it seems like Chirb is disbanded and all future Chirb activities are going to be under the ChicagoRuby name. As a member of Chirb, what should I expect? Is chirb.org still going to be active? Is the mailing list still active?
