So i updated the meeting with renzo's presentation information. We also
have the option of doing a dojo afterwards, but I think that might be
rather ambitious as last time we had a whole night slated for it and we
still ran out of time... let's just play it by ear. In the meantime RSVP
for April 6th's meeting.

Whatever failure occurred in the last dojo was mine alone. The
software problem was one that spiked in complexity quite suddenly.
While that is a natural occurrence in daily practice, combined with
the pressure of 5 minute time-boxes and the fact that this was our
first time out, that was a mistake. We should revisit that in 6
months, after we've been doing this for a while.

In terms of advice, I'd say pick a well known problem, like Uncle
Bob's bowling kata, and have everybody practice it beforehand. That
takes the surprise out of solving the problem, and lets the dojo focus
on technique, which is really the point of the dojo metaphor.

HTH,
David
