places the last 5 builds section under the project heading on the left
side and uses the huge right-hand side for as much details about the last
build as we can put there. It has the right flow. Maybe we just don't need
to create any borders around the last build details section?</font>

the last 5 builds section, as this action is conceptually linked to the
project and somewhat less so to the build history, but definitely not to
last build details.</font>
