usually I'll ignore the news column that's in option#1. Option #2
seems to be most encouraging to have new users to get started and try CC.rb.
Having 2 columns in option#2 can serve two group of users: users
who hasn't heard of CI before can read the left column, users who have
can dive in by reading the right column.</font>
