I'm working on this right now. It should be available as part of http://www.pragprog.com/titles/mmfacer 
  within the next few weeks.

Also, I'm looking for a couple of additional reviewers. If you want an  
advanced copy of the entire book and are willing to act as a reviewer,  
let me know. You'll have to read through the whole book and actually  
try all of the coding.
