Great, thanks charlie.  If you want to post the exception thrown along 
with the output of this:

   ruby -rrbconfig -e 'p Config::CONFIG'

Then, I can help get to the bottom of the problem.

Your quickest way to get an answer to a problem is to file it here or on 
ruby-talk.  If it's a severe problem or something that could take awhile 
to get to, we'll move it to the Rubyforge tracker.

I only check the tracker a couple of times a week, so if it only gets 
posted there, it'll have a bit of delay.
