Here are the essentials that I will be finishing by the end of the year,
since I've got some projects which depend on Hobix:

   * browser UI for editing css, editing templates, and managing
     your blogs and posts.

   * cgi script for handling comments, live textile editing,
     xml-rpc hooks. i will be encouraging a mod_rewrite
setup that just provides a REST API.

   * replication over scp and ftp. this is great for rubyforge
projects. manage the posts and the blog on your local machine,
pushing changes to the rubyforge web server.

   * rinda ring server for group blogs.

The first two are the biggest priority, aside from improvements to Hobix
that will unfold as community hacking commences.

The browser UI is 0% done. I will start on this after I have the next
(Poignant) Guide chapter done.

The cgi script is halfway. Comments are working, live texting editing
is working. The mod_rewrite setup is cool. XML-RPC is nil.

So, expect 0.3 to encompass (*) the cgi script and (*) ftp/scp
replication, based on the patch Frederick Ros has sent in.
