blosxom to hobix conversion script

A very preliminary script for doing batch conversions from Blosxom to
Hobix entries is at:

It works for me, and that's as much as I'll guarantee. I no doubt use a
very small subset of Blosxom, so you'll probably have to hack it a bit
in order to make it understand all your crazy entries, but the basics
are there.
