It's been ok so far; mostly a matter of figuring the darn thing out. The
only real problem I've been having is that debugging is difficult---the
error messages don't actually pinpoint the source of the error. E.g., I
get things like this:

which don't even reference the file, much less the line number,
containing the mistake. I've been able to guess successfully so far
because I haven't been doing anything too complex, but I could see this
driving me crazy for more complex plugins.

I don't understand the erb and other scary eval() stuff that's going on
well enough to know if there's a solution, but that's the main problem
I've been having.
