section_map v0.4

Thanks to Jeremy Hinegardner and Eric Stewart for helping me pinpoint a
Ruby 1.8.1 vs 1.8.2 issue that was causing the section map plugin to die
for some people.

If you've been getting errors about nil and inject, please try the new
version:

One day I will come up with a more sophisticated versioning scheme than
continually overwriting the same file. :)
