RSS 1.0 template

Hi hobixeurs,

I've written a template for RSS 1.0 (RDF Site Summary 1.0), very much in 
the fashion of the RSS 2.0 template you can find in hobix/out/rss.rb. If 
you want to try it, you can download it at:
   http://www.mycgiserver.com/~gpiancastelli/blog/gems/rdf.rb

To install, copy it in the hobix/out directory of your hobix 
installation; then in hobix.yaml in the requires list add 
'hobix/out/rdf'; finally, add an empty template in your blog's skel 
directory, named index.rdf.rdf to produce an 'index.rdf' feed.
