content now serialized as literal

I've just committed a change to trunk whereby entry content is written
as a literal rather than a folded string.  This is to work around a
rather pernicious folding bug introduced in 1.8.4's Syck.  I think
people have been asking for this anyway, though -- it's nicer to
re-edit.

Please scream loudly, now, if this change causes any difficulties for
you.
