[Instiki] unable to export wiki

I am using Instiki 0.17.0 (MML+) with Ruby on Rails 2.3.2.

When I try to export the wiki to either HTML or Markup (Textile), I receive the following error:

Internal Error
An application error occurred while processing your request.
Any suggestions?
