Hello, all RLisp users.

The mailing list just opened today, along with public SVN at RubyForge,
a wiki (hopefully soon), bug tracker, and the rest of infrastructure.

I also registered a channel #rlisp on FreeNode. If anyone is interested in chat
about RLisp, just drop by.
