I am in the final stages of consolidated io refactoring which I am
trying to finish as soon as possible.

So I just wanted to mention where
I was at. These changes will consolidate the file handling operations and clean
things up considerably. That being said things like ParserHelper and anything
that used to rely on files will not be using the new IO and thus there will be
many changes to those files.

I will get this finished as soon as
possible but just wanted to give you a heads up in case you were activly working
on files that manipulate files, that there may be conflicts once it is all said
and done. So if you could minimize work around those routines until after I am
finished. I will have this done asap.

Jeff
