[Nitro] OgAdminController request params fix(?)

I suppose the right thing to do is to figure out why request['oid'] 
doesn't work inside OgAdminController.

In the short term here's a workaround -- not sure whether this half-step 
should go into the repository or whether we should do the real fix.
