[Rg 117] [PATCH] fix for R method

Hey,

Attached is a patch that fixes a problem I was having when using the R
method when a controller has a "new" method on it.  I added some
tests, but I wasn't sure if this was the best way to add them (I have
just started using ramaze and I am also new to darcs).
