[Rspec-devel] RSpec on Rails

Chalk up one more from me.

I am about to take a client into a new Rails project and we'll be
using the RSpec on Rails plugin for specs.  Having the plugin get the
TLC of the RSpec community will only make it more stable and
comprehensive.
