[rspec-devel] Some weirdness with the repo

Hey,

The submodules currently in rspec-dev are linked to dchelimsky's
private push url, so those of us without access can't run submodule
update. The submodules have to be pointed to the git:// urls. Then as
devs with commit bits you can add another remote referencing the
private url and push to that.

I think submodules across forks might be weird in the future but I
can't quite wrap my head around it.
