[grammarians] Comparison to RubyFront grammar

I'm no expert on the subject but I have spent quite a bit of time
looking into all the parsers out there.  I have been really impressed
with Xue's work on RubyFront.  It looks to be the best place to start
and it would be great if everyone could work together on it so the
whole community can benefit.
