This is fixed. IE apparently doesn't support the "inherit" CSS
property.  I also fixed the problem with the HTML Help compiler not
adding the image files.

There should be a link to the instance method new and a link to the
class method new.

Yeah.  I've been keeping my eye on MS Help 3.
