[Tourneybot-info] TourneyBot finds home

Last night, I ran a tourney that started at 01:30 GMT. I allowed almost 40
minutes for signups for up to 16 players. I ended up with 8 (3 perfect
rounds). I was surprised that it took as long as it did (over an hour and a
quarter for 3,3,5).
I made one mistake that perhaps other tourney directors/moderators can
avoid. In the text description, I indicated that the matches would be 1pt
except for 3pt finals. It was actually 3/5. Of course TourneyBot had the
correct Match length and Match length finals so my inclusion of match length
in the description was redudent anyway (and wrong in this case, but that's
not my point, or maybe it is, I dunno). Anyway, I recommned that directors
NOT put the match length in the description field, so as do avoid
duplication and possible errors.
Other than that, the tourney went off without a hitch.
Peace,
Ted (HumanIAm)
