I spent a few hours on it today but wasn't able to get it to work.  

The problem with the current version is:
Jul  9 17:55:23 everybean [0x0-0xcdecde].org.alex.WeftQDA.app[47805]: /Users/inspire/Downloads/WeftQDA.app/Contents/Resources/lib/rbconfig.rb:7: ruby lib version (1.8.6) doesn't match executable version (1.8.7) (RuntimeError)

-> apparently it was made for ruby 1.8.6?  Which isn't included by default.  I tried installing it with rvm but still had problems:

I hacked out the origiuama stuff so it'd work with ruby-1.9.2 but then kept running into problems getting the correct version of wxruby installed.  Seem to need wxruby1.9 for ruby 1.9, but then there's no os x 10.0 version for it?

I finally tried making a 'wine bottler' image of the windows version, but that failed as well - it'd just bounce then crash.  O pain!
