Yes, this is  correct. Current version of FireWatir is slow.

No, you don't need to do anything else.

mozilla_all_tests.rb is running now - there are 14 dots on the line

Nothing, it will take a lot of time to run all the FireWatir test cases. You
can view the previous posts regarding this.
