[Wtr-general] Can a link to the Watir licence be posted on the Watir homepage?

I just added the License to the main page.  I copied the License from the
ReadMe in the Watir API Reference.  Someone can update it if it's not the
correct one or if there have been other changes made to it since it was
first written (e.g. does the Copyright year need to include 2006 now?).
