Hey Aidy,

  You can follow the instructions I put on the Watir FAQ wiki page:
http://wiki.openqa.org/display/WTR/FAQ#FAQ-devgem

Make sure to uninstall the one click installer before installing the gem.
Let me know if you have any problems or questions.
