[Wtr-general] The Watir Installer

Harry,

Just download the gem the way you would download any other file.

Then you need open a command window, and cd to the directory containing the
file.

Then you type "gem install watir". This command will first look in the
current directory for the gem before searching for it over the internet.

We will have to clearly document this procedure for those users who are new
to Watir and Ruby and behind firewalls.
