[Wtr-general] the problem about test cases organization.

In the readme file there is an installation section:

== Installation

Download and unpack the Test::Unit::Reporter. Change to the root user if you
are on *nix. Issue the following commands:
 ruby setup.rb config
 ruby setup.rb install

Run those commands at the command line.
