[Wtr-general] How to add date/time stamp in HTML reports (using Test Unit Reporter)

I'm running the Test Unit Reporter in HTML, the report looks good but I don't see a Date / Time stamp of when the test was performed in the summary.html.  How does one add this information to this report.

Using:
Test::Unit::UI::Reporter.run(TestSuite_AllTests,'build/report',:html)
