[Wtr-general] Problems accessing modal_dialog from ruby v. 1.8.5

I don't believe any one is working on it right now. The simple solution would be to merge our changes to the WIN32OLE library into the 1.8.5 version and recompile it. But then we'd have the same problem again with 1.8.6. The better solution would be to rewrite our IEDialog.dll so that it did not require a modified WIN32OLE.

If there is work on Watir that you would like to see done, please vote for the corresponding Jira ticket.
