[Wtr-general] Problems accessing modal_dialog from ruby v. 1.8.5

I need ruby 1.8.5 and I also need modal_dialog support in watir which is only supported with ruby 1.8.2. I would like to have watir modal dialog support with ruby 1.8.5 (or later versions). 

Is there any jira ticket open on this, where I can vote?
