[wxruby-users] Release of 1.9.8 x86_64 gem

I've just uploaded wxruby 1.9.8 x86_64 Gem, for consumption, anyone having
any problems feel free to report it to the list, and I will look into it.
Please allow for 24 hours, or longer, to pass, to allow the gem to be
migrated between all gem repos.
